When is the store closing?
The store will close the first days of September, date to be confirmed.
For now, as I am only one person operating everything, the store opens twice a year (summer and winter) and closes after a certain period of time to fully work on preorders, restocking and renewing. I try to keep on improving shipping times and store openings. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank youdeeply for your support and patience.
Preorder updates
I had started most of the production for the "smaller" preorder items, this way we would not be delayed!
- Preordered summer bags and grocery bags started production and are following the expected schedule.
- Lunchboxes, ceramic bowls and "Dogs will be dogs" enamel mugs finished production and are on their way to my place, it is expected for them to arrive in 15 days.
- Plushies samples are on the works and will be shown as soon as possible.
- New Starry Dream summer sets are finishing their first samples, most first samples need corrections but I will update some pictures on my socials. Mostly through instagram stories to not make any confusion as first samples usually are not the final product.
Arrival Timings Information
For the items in STOCK the estimated timings for the order's arrival once dispatched can take from:
1 to 5 working days for spanish customers (National mail service!)
5 to 10 working days for european customers
7 to 15 working days for international customers (so be sure to get your goodies with time if you're looking up for any specific dates like birthdays!)
As for PREORDER items, the timings are different and depend on the type of item and will be estimated on their description. They are also subject to possible delays.
Shipping prices/options: Does shipping include tracking?
All orders and shipments include tracking.
You can track them using Correos Spain or your local post service. For example for United States it would be USPS. For Canada it will be Canada Post, for United Kingdom Royal Mail, etc.
Order delays for in stock items shipping to United States
Orders owith stock items only to the United States will face a shipping delay due to the law adjustments to adapt to the new De minimis change. This applies to the orders that are not shipped yet before August 22th.
This delay is a bit uncertain as of how many days it will take but it should be no logner than two weeks.
PREORDERS ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THIS DELAY AND WILL SHIP NORMALLY.

Customs and "De minimis exemption" change
Orders owith stock items only to the United States will face a shipping delay due to the law adjustments to adapt to the new De minimis change. PREORDERS ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THIS DELAY AND WILL SHIP NORMALLY.
Customs taxes are fees that you might have to pay in order to get your package. They exist to adjust international pricings to your country's VAT and market fees.
They depend on your country's laws and are totally out of my hands. Sorry!
Some information regarding the "de minimis" exemption changes on the USA from August 29th on:
- What does "de minimis" mean?
De minimis is an exprerssion that applies to the custom system. It means that small value objects do not go through customs fees or inspection as they're considered small and non-harmful to the system. Each country has their own values. In the USA this applies to anything that comes from abroad that costs less than 800USD.
- What will happen to my package from August 29th on?
Until now, most packages going from abroad to the USA were not under inspection but from now they will go through inspection to ensure everything is safe and that they will also apply the customs fees. Most countries have this going on and my packages never encountered any problem. You will not notice this is happening as it is an inside customs proccess.
- What will I have to pay if the package has customs fees?
Orders to the USA now are subject to customs fees depending on the country they come from. The EU has a commercial agreement with the USA and orders can only be subject to a 15% tax that applies to the total value of the goods inside the package. This means that there's a possibility that they charge an extra 1.5usd per every 10usd.
This has been happening in other countries such as Canada and The United Kingdom and I can assure there was never a problem nor issue regarding the service, the post services are in charge of doing all the paperwork and customs.
I understand changes on international laws are always confusing and scary but know that this is not a big change for customers getting roders to small shops. If you happen to have any other doubt regarding this issue you can ask me and I will be happy to explain and give all the available information!
Can I exchange or return my order?

What happens If I couldn't pay my customs?
If you couldn't pay your customs in time don't worry: The order won't be lost. Everything will be sent back to my place and I can send it again to you if you pay the shipping price once again.
Can I change my address?
Yes, of course! Send a message about it and we'll change it!
What is a -Preorder- item?
A PREORDER is a product that is not in stock, it has not been manufactured yet.
Some products have a limited minimum quantity to be manufactured and I need to know how many to order. Some are personalized items as well which need to be paid before the production begins. PREORDERS make sure you get the product you want, since it will be done specifically for each client.
PREORDERS take more time to be sent than IN STOCK items since they go through the process of production first.
What if I ordered something -in stock- with a -Preorder- item?
Your whole order will be sent when the preorder items are ready. If you wish to get those first you will need to make separate order.
My -Preorder- item hasn't been sent yet
Preordered items come by big batches. The reason your preorder hasn't been sent yet can be that I wasn't able to ship it yet. I try to pack everything and send it as fast as possible but I follow an order queue! It shouldn't take much longer for your order to be sent once I start sending the items.
If there's any delay on preorders I will be giving updates via the newsletter of the store so please don't miss out! I will also update the status of all preorders and talk about news from time to time the same way.
There's a chance your preordered item is delayed. Preorders are subject to delays for major causes such like strike issues or manufacturing delays. This is why we never give exact dates but estimates. If you have any doubts please don't hesitate to contact and ask for your order directly.
I haven't received my order yet
If that's the case let me know and we will work on a solution. Please always keep an eye on your tracking number and know that you can go to your local post office with it and ask there directly. They may have more inside information or you can even claim your package there if it's in the office!
Please do not wait more than 2 months to send a message if your order seems to be stuck as claims can only be made during this period of time.
Can I use your decoration products such as stamps and washitapes to decorate the orders of my store?
As long as you don't resell, take profit of my products you're free to use them as decoration for your own store.
As long as you don't use my products as if they were your own, you can use them for decoration or even freebies!
