Why is the store closed?

For now, as I am only one person operating everything, the store opens twice a year (summer and winter) and closes after a certain period of time to fully work on preorders, restocking and renewing. I try to keep on improving shipping times and store openings. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank youd eeply for your support and patience.

Can I change my address?

Yes, of course! Send a message about it either on the chat or vto my contact email sugahri.contct@gmail.com and I'll change it!

You can change your address anytime until the items are sent.

Preorder updates and estimated shipping

I usually send major updates through the newsletter as well such as final dates and also on my social media, thank you! If you can not find your preorder here, do not hesitate to contact for any questions or doubts.

  • Preorders for Van Gogh's Sunflower Tote bag are estimated to start shipping around mid to end April.
  • Preordered caps, preordered Umbreon Moonbags and Eeveelution jackets also started production on March 3rd and will be in time as expected (early to mid May) , if not before!
  • Smaller goodies such like keychains, standees, deskmats, hairclips, soft key covers and stickers are expected to start shipping around mid to late April.
  • Water bottles, glasses, piplup bath rugs and ceramic mugs are also on the middle of production. Estimated to start shipping around mid April.
  • Plushies production has already started, the cloth has been purchased and it arrived. Estimated to start shipping around mid April.
  • Van Gogh's Sunflower sweatshirts estimated time to start shipping is mid May. Samples are being finished, I will update some pictures on the product page and on my socials. And will start production right after. Mostly through instagram stories to not make any confusion as first samples usually are not the final product.

What if I ordered something -in stock- with a -Preorder- item?

Your whole order will be sent when the preorder items are ready. If you wish to get those first you will need to make separate order.

I am unsure of what my tracking number says

All orders and shipments include tracking and it is sent to your email.

You can track them using the link that arrives to your email or your local post service, which is usually more convenient in case you are unsure of the status. For example for United States it would be USPS. For Canada it will be Canada Post, for United Kingdom Royal Mail, etc.

Arrival Timings Information

Once you receive your tracking number:

1 to 5 working days for spanish customers (National mail service!)

5 to 10 working days for european customers

7 to 15 working days for international customers (please keep an eye on your tracking number!)

IMPORTANT: I urge all customers to keep an eye on their tracking number not only using the link providad but also using your local post service tracking, as they are in charge of the orders once the package arrives at your country, they hold the packages at your post offices and have all the information.
