Most preorders are in mid production and a bit ahead of their schedules!

Once the store closes I will send these kind of updates through the newsletter and also on my social media, thank you! Mostly on instagram as the stories allow me to give everyday updates with pictures in a non-invasive way.

• Preorders for Van Gogh's Sunflower Sweatshirts and Eeveelution jackets are following their schedule and started production recently to start shipping mid November and late October respectively.
• Porcelain loungewear is ahead of the schedule and has arrived at my place to start shipping on September 28th.
• Preordered caps and preordered Umbreon Moonbags are ahead of time and expected to start shipping at the end of September!
• Water bottles, glasses, bath rugs and ceramic bowls arrived and I will start shipping them on September 28th.
• Plushies production has already finished excepting Jolteon and Victini and I will start shipping them on September 28th.
• Van Gogh's Sunflower tote bags arrived as scheduled on September 25th and will start being shipped soon on the week of September 28th.
• Summer 2026 clothing collection is in mid production, the Wave Mesh T-shirt finished and arrived at my place, starting its shipment on September 28th. For the other clothing items they are ahead of the original schedule (late October) for the moment and expected to arrive in mid October.
• Fish plates, keycaps, notepads, chopsticks, Auarium bags, stickersheets, small keychains, carabiners have arrived and will start shipping on September 28th.
• TCG Sunflower binders (9 pocket) have arrived earlier than expected and will start shipping on September 28th.
• TCG Binders are in middle of production and follow the schedule to start shipping during mid October.

For now, as I am only one person operating everything, the store opens twice a year (summer and winter) and closes after a certain period of time to fully work on preorders, restocking and renewing. I try to keep on improving shipping times and store openings. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank youd deeply for your support and patience.

You can change your address anytime until the items are sent.

Your whole order will be sent when the preorder items are ready. If you wish to get those first you will need to make separate order.

All orders and shipments include tracking and it is sent to your email.

You can track them using the link that arrives to your email or your local post service, which is usually more convenient in case you are unsure of the status. For example for United States it would be USPS. For Canada it will be Canada Post, for United Kingdom Royal Mail, etc.

Once you receive your tracking number:

1 to 5 working days for spanish customers (National mail service!)

5 to 10 working days for european customers

7 to 15 working days for international customers (please keep an eye on your tracking number!)

IMPORTANT: I urge all customers to keep an eye on their tracking number not only using the link providad but also using your local post service tracking, as they are in charge of the orders once the package arrives at your country, they hold the packages at your post offices and have all the information.
